Policies

At Belleza by Liz, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. I do not double-book, so your scheduled time is dedicated to your service and experience.

 

These policies help me respect your time and mine and ensure I can give every client the attention they deserve. Thank you for understanding! 

Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice by texting me directly. DMs will not be accepted as they can easily be missed. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the total service cost which must be paid before booking again.

No-Show Appointments
No-call/no-show appointments will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service total due before booking another appointment. Multiple no-shows will result in being unable to book future appointments.

 

Running Late
If you’re running late please let me know by text. There’s a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled (and will be subject to the 50% cancellation fee)

 

Adjustment 

If you feel your hair needs a small adjustment, I’m happy to provide one complimentary refinement within 7 days of your original appointment. Adjustments apply only when we are maintaining the same goal set during your initial consultation. Requests for a new look or direction will be treated as a separate service and charged at full price. Only one adjustment is permitted per appointment and refunds are not available.

 

Guest Policy 

Due to state board regulations and the safety of all clients no extra guests are allowed in the service area. The salon space is limited and only clients receiving a service that day may be present. 

 

Clothing Policy

I do my best to protect your clothing from color stains. However, accidents can happen. For color services I recommend wearing something you love less, in case of any accidental color transfer. In the rare event that color gets on your clothing or belongings, Belleza by Liz is not responsible for replacement or reimbursement.
